Report a Grievance
In the event that you want to file a grievance: (fill the form)
A grievance can be filed by any individual who has been adversely affected or who has good reason to think that they could be adversely affected from the standpoint of human rights (the rights holder), or by the individual’s representation or organization. The following report form should be filled out by the reporter with the desired information. Additionally, anonymous reports are sent to us. On the other hand, insufficient information may prevent us from verifying the pertinent facts and may result in improper processing of the anonymous report. Please supply as much specific information as you can. In accordance with our privacy policy (Personal Information Protection Regulations), the reporter’s personal information is handled responsibly.
Staff Behavior Complaint
For the following reasons, you might draft a letter of complaint:
- Sexual harassment: it’s a type of harassment that occurs when an employee engages in inappropriate behavior toward another, usually through verbal or physical means. This can involve offensive comments, insults, or inappropriate physical contact.
- Intimidation: Employee intimidation occurs when one person’s behaviors force another to feel afraid or timid. Blackmail, harassment, and other forms of abuse are examples of intimidation.
- Discrimination: it’s when someone treats another person unfairly because of their age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, handicap, or any other characteristic.

Incident Report
A customer incident report is submitted by a client or customer of the business that describes an issue or incident that the client or customer has encountered.
It seeks to assist in resolving a problem a client has encountered. Customer care or support representatives can utilize the data to pinpoint the issue, choose a solution, and finally close the deal.
A description of the occurrence, the client’s name, contact information, account number, and any other pertinent information to aid in problem resolution should all be included in the customer incident report. The customer care agent who handled the account as well as the incident’s date and time may also be included in the report.
Suspicious Activity
How to Report Suspicious Activity:
If you see suspicious activity, report it to our internal law enforcement and describe specifically what you observed, including:
Who or what you saw;
When you saw it;
Where it occurred; and
Why it’s suspicious.
